pretty metallic. and some ppl say mesmer "clothes" arent armor-looking enuff, looks like it could repel anything.(it's the hidden layer.)

The only thing I've noticed, is that sometimes a monk will look like they're wearing some super shiny black and white checkered thing. I've only noticed it on other people's female monks... never seen it on my own.
